Benefits of self-generation of electric and thermal energy
Capstone Green Energy microturbines are equipment that generate electrical energy and thermal energy at the same time, this process is defined as Cogeneration. This technology helps companies to generate a high percentage of their electrical energy consumption, having savings in their energy billing. The waste heat from the equipment is food grade which we can inject directly to drying ovens or processes where hot air is required, we can also generate hot water, steam or chilled water. We offer a customized solution for each customer. In addition, by using our equipment to generate their own energy, companies achieve efficient cogeneration. This gives them tax benefits, as they contribute to decarbonization. The incentive is that they can deduct 100% of the project during the first year of its implementation.
