Description

In 2017, a company specialized in the production of polyurethane foam together with DTC Soluciones implemented a cogeneration system with natural gas to improve the energy efficiency of its plant, reduce its operating costs and increase the reliability of its thermal supply.

A 200 kW natural gas-fired distributed generation unit was installed, designed to operate at high efficiency and recover waste heat to feed the industrial hot water system; the project delivered exemplary performance from start-up.
